I was asked to create 3D virtual Beluga whales, and animate them for a
documentary -- and that's what I did. LightWave 3D. WJB, 1997.

The Beluga whale documentary again. The whales are tracked by satellite.
This shot shows the signal being transmitted (LightWave 3D, 1997).

An early compositing experiment with Lightwave 5.0.

The Synthetica cyber-hall constitutes the background for the original ghoul model that was
constructed and surfaced in LightWave 5.6. Hundreds of lights were used in this scene,
although you'd never know it, judging from how dark it appears here. See also:
Synthetica III album cover (WJB, 1998).

A 3D re-creation of a real-world glass. This was more of a texturing exercise than
anything else. LW 5.0 (WJB, 1997).

An AVI animation of what I refer to as the Cyber Hall (LW 5.5, 1998).
