NOTE: Use of this site constitutes agreement to the following:

Preamble.

  "YOU" is hereby defined as: the owner of the machine which received this
  document from the HOSTING SITE (defined below); and/or
  the person who executed the program that received this document; and/or
  the legal counsel or employees/representatives for any such persons;

  "HOSTING SITE" is hereby defined as the machine, and all participating
   machines/networks, via which this file was obtained, as well as any
   and all owners thereof;

Terms.

I.
  By retrieving and retaining any information from the HOSTING SITE, either
  in written or electronic form, for purposes of (but not limited to)
  displaying to an electronic device, generating or sending electronic mail
  ("email"), rendering to hardcopy, or similiar activities,
  YOU HEREBY IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO FILE GRIEVANCE AND/OR
  SEEK REDRESS against the HOSTING SITE under international law, as well as
  the national and/or regional laws of any world nation.
  This means YOU agree not to:

1) Bring suit against the HOSTING SITE, its owners, affiliates, or any related
   3rd parties (such as upstream network providers);

2) Initiate, or recommend the initiation of, SANCTIONS against the HOSTING
   SITE, their networks, or the networks of any related 3rd parties

   "SANCTIONS" are defined as:

   A) making recommendations to an upstream network provider that the
    HOSTING SITE be disconnected from the network;

   B) making unsubstantiated allegations that the HOSTING SITE, or its
    owners, affiliates, or any related 3rd parties are in violation of ISP
    TOS (Terms Of Service);

   C) recommending or seeking the removal of Domain Name Service (DNS)
    registrations relating to the HOSTING SITE, or interfering with
    DNS operation of the HOSTING SITE;

   D) alleging to a 3rd party that YOU did not read, understand and agree
    to this EULA in advance of receipt of data from the HOSTING SITE.

II.
  Furthermore, in the event that YOU initiate a domain name dispute for
  any DNS entries relating to the HOSTING SITE, YOU agree to relinquish
  the selection of an arbitrator for all such disputes to the direct
  owner of the HOSTING SITE; YOU also agree to abide by any decisions
  of the selected arbitrator as final. YOU also agree that ICANN may not
  appoint an arbitrator on your behalf.

III.
  Furthermore, any application of information obtained from the
  HOSTING SITE shall be construed as evidence of agreement to this EULA.

ALSO NOTE that Unsolicited Commercial Mail to electronic devices such
as FAX machines and computers is expressly prohibited in Canada.
